Forever Home Realty was founded in 2017 when I decided to create a brokerage that would be known for its integrity and straightforward approach. A brokerage with the marketing savvy to compete with the franchise brokerages, and a customized approach to help Sellers and Buyers stand out in a world of cookie-cutter competition. 

Message to Buyers:
     I don’t want to just help you find “a” house. I want to help you find “THE” house. If we have to search For Sale By Owner homes, and off market homes – We’ll do it. If the home you need doesn’t exist – Maybe new construction is a better fit. I would rather walk away from a commission than push you into a home you don’t want.

I was born in Spokane, WA and now live in North Idaho – Less than 60 miles from where I grew up.
   My Education was at Eastern Washington University, where I earned a B.A. Anthropology, B.A. English, and a M.Ed. Curriculum and Instruction (ie. Education).

I am also a licensed contractor in Idaho. Prior to real estate, I worked in the construction industry in both WA and ID, and I maintain my license in ID  – which has occasionally come in handy. I am still very connected in the construction industry and have the ability to coordinate repairs, and updates.

My family and I live in a mountain cabin outside Rose Lake, Idaho, with our dogs, sheep, goats, and chickens, and commute daily into Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Kellogg, or St. Maries – depending on where the day’s real estate adventures lead me.
