1. Wife: Honey, Look! There’s a hot tub.
Husband: (Looks at the hot tub then at the apple orchard in the field below, then back at the hot tub)

2. Agent: What are you looking for in land?
Man: I want to be able to pee off my deck with only the wildlife as witnesses.
3. Man: It’s a long way out here… I don’t mind the drive… The good news is, even if I don’t like the property, I’ve got my rifle in the back so that I can hunt on the way home.
4. Man: (concerned) I brought a gun. Did you bring a gun? You should always carry when you’re walking around way out here.
4b. Opposite Man: S***. I forgot to grab my gun. Did you bring one? Someone should always be carrying when walking around out here.
5. Buyer Who Hunts: How many freezers will fit in the mud room?
6. Man: Where would you put the shooting range? Does stretch that look like 100 yards to you?
7. Agent: (Thoughts to self after showing a large vacant property in the middle of nowhere.) Great. I have to pee. I sure hope they don’t have a game cam pointed this way or they’re going to see more than they bargained for.
8. Man: (beside every single game trail we pass) Hey… Where’s this trail go?
9. Man: If I didn’t want to buy it, and I just wanted to hunt here… Do you think the sellers would be ok with that?
10. Man: Do you think they would leave the tree stand? That looks like a great spot.
11. Husband: Oh look! There’s a place to hang the deer in the garage!
Wife: You’re not hanging it in the garage.
Husband: It’s ok. We can discuss it later.
12. Agent: I need to disclose that this home comes with a 100yd firing range.
Husband: (Eyes light up, but he plays it cool.) – Why did you say it like that? Why do you need to disclose it?
Agent: Because there could be lead contamination.
Husband: (Laughing ) No S***!?
*Did I mention, that we sell land to hunters?
