Having your real estate agent walk through your house could mean THOUSANDS more on your final sale price. 

 
Whether you are ready to sell today, or in 6 months, an agent walk through will help you prepare, and make last minute pre-listing decisions. 
 
Here’s what we look at during the walk-through:
   – How the home will present to Buyers (Don’t worry! I know you’re not ready yet, and I won’t mind the mess! 😉)
    – How the home will present to home inspectors & bank appraisers. 
    – Whether staging will be suitable
    – What style of professional photography will be best suited.
    – Condition of the interior
    – Condition of the roof & siding
    – Age and condition of the appliances, furnace, water heater 
              (These don’t usually need replaced, but this information will be useful later)
    – The best features of the home – Features that will become the focus of our marketing to our target buyers.
     – Floorplan and Layout
     – Which loan types the home will qualify for
 
The entire process only takes about 10 minutes, but it gives me a quick comprehensive picture of who your target buyers will be, and how much the home will sell for. 
 
Then, we can also offer you ideas on simple things you can do to quickly increase the value with minimal time and cost, if you like. These tips are specific to each home, but can make a BIG difference!
