The Coeur d'Alene Area Market
In 2021, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho and Spokane, Washington both made the Top 10 list for Realtor.com’s hottest housing markets in the US.
While that may come as no surprise, it does mean that your real estate investment is more valuable that it has ever been.
However, interest rates rose significantly in mid-June 2022, as the Federal Reserve and lenders sought to curb the inflation. Already, we are seeing a slow in the escalating prices, which may begin to level off after the summer season.
Change is in the air, but there is a saying in real estate, “The MARKET is always good for someone.” My goal is to help YOU find the best advantage in every market. Find out how we can use the current market to help you get the most out of your next real estate transaction!
