Local Buyers have the ability to drive past a home, and see it in person. They know the neighborhood, and sometimes might drive down your road.

Out-Of-Town Buyers often don’t get to see the home before they make an offer. They usually fly in to see it once the offer is accepted.
Because they don’t get to see the home in person, these remote buyers are looking for details on your home like School District, Neighborhood Information, Detailed Virtual Showings, Floor Plans, and Marketing Videos on Social Media.
