Amber helped me and my family purchase our first home and made the process smooth. She helped us stay within our tight time frame and coordinated necessary appointments for us. Mind you there was a backup offer on our home for a higher amount so we definitely had to stick to our time frame. Amber reminded us to keep our mind on the end goal and the reassurance kept us focused. Shout out to Amber Wheelock! Amber did a fantastic job selling our property. Within 3 days of our initial contact she had the property on the market with great photos on the internet as well as signage on the property. In less than a week the property sold for more than the listing price. We live out of state and we were able to sign all documents electronically with the exception of the Warranty Deed. Nothing could have been easier. The sale proceeds were wired to our account the date of closing. We have dealt with different realtors over the years selling other properties. Hands down Amber is by far the best. She is extremely pleasant, energetic and eager to put together the best listing possible. We would highly recommend Amber for all of your real estate needs.
3 years ago we sold our house to our daughter and family and our agent was instrumental in a very smooth transition. In the last several months we have worked together to find and purchased an off-market manufactured home. Money was tight and she found the right financing to make it happen. Then, finally I had a remote undeveloped piece of property that I had tried to sell in the past but was unable to. She was able to sell for over twice the amount that others had failed and turned it into a tremendous financial blessing. When I had purchased the property in the 80’s the paper work was done inadequately and she was able to recreated 3 missing/photocopied deeds. She worked with attorneys and title to bring the recorded history of the property up to date. She contacted neighboring property owners and developed relationships with them to get a sense of the history of the land and its value. When the first offer fell through, she had it back under contract with a new buyer within a week. This has been a stressful time of life and our agent has taken a tremendous amount of that stress away. We are blessed and are more thankful than words can express.
